Return and Refund Policy

We accept eligible return requests within 14 days after the product is delivered.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, labels, and proof of purchase.

To request a return, contact us at sales@inftattoo.com before sending the product back. If your return is approved, we will provide the return address and instructions. Products returned without prior approval might not be accepted.

Approved returns must be shipped within 7 calendar days after return authorization.

Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, tattoo inks, needles, cartridges, ink cups, and other sterile or hygiene-sensitive products cannot be returned after their packaging or protective seal has been opened.

Customized or personalized products, gift cards, products marked as final sale, and products damaged through misuse or improper storage are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

These restrictions do not apply to products that arrive damaged, defective, or different from the products ordered.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If a product is damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect, contact sales@inftattoo.com as soon as possible with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs or videos.

If we confirm that the issue was caused by us or occurred during delivery, we will provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or return solution and cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Change-of-Mind Returns

For eligible change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for tracked return shipping to the return address provided by us.

Original shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and return shipping charges are not refundable, except when the return results from our error or a confirmed defective product.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for returned products that are lost or damaged during return transportation.

Order Cancellations

You may request cancellation before the order has been fulfilled or handed to the carrier. After fulfillment has begun, cancellation might no longer be possible and the return procedure will apply.

Exchanges

To exchange a product, contact us first. Depending on product availability and shipping conditions, we might ask you to return the original product and place a separate order.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting an approved return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. We do not charge a restocking fee. Please allow up to 10 business days for us to inspect the return and initiate the refund. Your bank or payment provider might require additional time to display the refund.
